Namsadang Nori Performance
It means literally performances are played by Gwangdae(entertainers). From the middle of the Joseon Dynasty this was held by professional Gwangdae Group. They traveled to every village and performed 5~6 performances a day. The most famous and popular performances are Pungmul( festival music and dance for farmers) and Jultagi(tightrope-walking). Pungmul is a type of Farmer’s music in which it is similar to the old
forms of Samulnori(Korean traditional percussion quartet). Jultagi is a tightrope-walking performance where one entertainer walks and jumps on the rope.
